1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Mamma Yam Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or engaging with any of our services, you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mamma Yam Ltd.


2. Services Provided

Mamma Yam Ltd provides coaching, mentoring, consultancy, training, and done-for-you services, including but not limited to business growth, strategy, marketing, sales, operations, mindset, and educational programmes.

Services may include:

Online and/or in-person coaching sessions

Group programmes and memberships

Digital content, resources, and training materials

Community access and support

The exact scope of services will be outlined at the point of purchase or enrolment.


3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees

All fees are payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless specified.

3.2 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3.3 Payment Plans

Where payment plans are agreed:

The full programme fee remains payable

Instalments must be paid on or before the agreed due dates

Failure to pay an instalment may result in immediate suspension of access and/or the remaining balance becoming due in full

3.4 Late or Missed Payments

If payment is not received by the due date:

Access to services may be suspended

Late fees may be applied

Outstanding balances may be referred to a debt collection agency

Any recovery or legal costs incurred will be the Client’s responsibility


4. Rescheduling, Attendance, and Cancellations

4.1 Company Changes

Mamma Yam Ltd reserves the right to reschedule, amend, or cancel sessions, events, or programmes with reasonable notice. Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.

4.2 Client Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice to request rescheduling of a session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

4.3 No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Failure to attend a scheduled session without 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. No replacement or refund will be provided.

4.4 Termination for Non-Engagement

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to services where there is repeated non-attendance, lack of engagement, or disruption, without refund.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Attend sessions punctually and prepared

Engage fully with the programme

Complete assigned actions where applicable

Provide accurate and honest information

Take full responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, frameworks, videos, documents, templates, and resources provided remain the sole intellectual property of Mamma Yam Ltd.

6.2 Permitted Use

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written consent.

6.3 Breach

Unauthorised use constitutes a material breach and may result in termination of access and legal action.


7. Photography & Videography

By participating in any programme, event, or session, you consent to the recording of audio, video, and photographs for professional use, including marketing, education, and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Mamma Yam Ltd in writing prior to commencement of services.


8. Term and Termination

8.1 Term

Contracts run for the duration agreed at purchase. Clients may not unilaterally terminate once payment has been made.

8.2 Company Termination

Mamma Yam Ltd may terminate services immediately where a Client:

Breaches these Terms

Fails to make payments

Engages in unlawful, unethical, abusive, or disruptive behaviour

No refunds will be issued following termination.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or success. All services are educational and advisory in nature.

9.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

9.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.


10. Confidentiality

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of:

Programme content

Business strategies

Proprietary frameworks

Other participants’ information

Unauthorised disclosure is a material breach and may result in termination and legal action.


11. Non-Disparagement

Clients agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Mamma Yam Ltd, its services, or representatives, including on social media or public forums.

Any concerns must be raised directly with the Company in good faith before public commentary.


12. Data Protection

12.1 GDPR Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

12.2 Data Use

Data is used for service delivery, communication, and administration. We do not sell personal data.

12.3 Client Rights

Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of data, subject to legal obligations.


13. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, government action, or technical failures.


14. Amendments

Mamma Yam Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.


15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall first be addressed through mediation, failing which they will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
